About the Production Supervisor Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of factory staff and ensure the smooth operation of machinery. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate factory staff to achieve production targets
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to maintain optimal performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
