Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants, including data entry, report preparation, and sales floor management.
  • Assist with sales centre activities, including display suite openings and project launches.
  • Coordinate sales-related functions, including diary management and appointment booking.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales schedules and sales floor plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator and Marketing team to ensure sales office and display maintenance and cleaning are completed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrate commercial / financial acumen.
  • Administration or sales experience.
  • Database management.
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Agents Representative.
  • Good Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
