Practice Management Opportunity
The role of a practice manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless experience for both clients and veterinary professionals.
This involves leading, mentoring and motivating a team of veterinary professionals and support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinary professionals and support staff
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with regional management to achieve financial targets
Requirements:
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (desirable)
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior nurse role within the veterinary industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations
