Practice Leadership Role
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Support clinicians in delivering exceptional client service and maintain high standards across the team.
  • Establish and manage policies and procedures to ensure a seamless clinic experience.
  • Drive performance and support clinicians in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage billing, payments, reconciliations, and funding claims for various health programs, including NDIS, Medicare, and private health insurance.
  • Oversee onboarding, HR compliance, and virtual administrative support to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with allied health and NDIS regulations.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, referral relationships, and community engagement to grow the practice.
  • Streamline workflows by utilizing practice software, preferably Splose experience, to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with management, finance, and HR to drive practice growth and development.
