Regulatory Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to regulatory officers within the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a regulator or decision maker, with a strong understanding of good administrative decision making principles. They will also possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to identify risk and emerging issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to regulatory officers.
  • Be responsible for statutory decision making in accordance with legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a regulator or decision maker.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify risk and emerging issues and provide advice and solutions.
  • Previous experience managing a team and complex matters.
