Your Role

As a Regulatory Expert you will:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service providers and stakeholders to achieve regulatory goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting complex regulatory activities and making recommendations that support the regulatory body to undertake its functions under the legislation and in accordance with good administrative practices.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure effective regulatory practice.
  • Identifying operational initiatives to support continuous quality improvement in regulatory practice aligned with risk-based frameworks.
  • Analyzing data from various sources to understand risk, compliance, and quality trends.
  • Establishing professional relationships with service providers and stakeholders to achieve regulatory objectives.
