Your New Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework and organizational requirements.

About You

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognized by the regulatory authority (for qualified Service Managers).
  • A minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other qualifications recognized by the regulatory authority, along with working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognized by the regulatory authority (for unqualified Service Managers).
  • The ability to take on responsibility as Nominated supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
  • A valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • An open licence and willingness to operate a 12-seater minibus.
  • A light rigid or medium rigid driver's licence eligible to obtain an RDA (if undertaking Bus Driving duties).
  • A Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card (if undertaking Bus Driving duties).

Please note: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
