Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between local operations and central business teams to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance data and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, productivity, and quality
  • Develop and implement actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage cross-functional projects and work directly with merchants to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner store management and local operations teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to use data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Proficiency in using supporting tools such as SQL, MS Excel, and MS Access
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the grocery sector
