The Role:

Our team is looking for candidates who can provide top-notch service in various capacities, including section wait staff, food and drink servers, and conference and events staff.

  • Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
  • Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service or all services
  • Conference and Events - drinks and buffet service

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
  • A current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts
  • A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
  • An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
