Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional support to our clients and their pets. Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact between our clients and the clinical team, ensuring that our clients have a positive experience while in our care.
Your responsibilities will include communicating pet updates to clients, collaborating with the broader team regarding updates and finance information, assisting clients with finance and insurance claims, and performing administrative duties associated with running the front of the house.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience
- A high degree of resilience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of animal triaging or experience in a veterinary environment is highly valued
