Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker who possesses a strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines. They will be able to work effectively with diverse client groups, respecting individual needs and cultural backgrounds.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a disability support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
