Personal Care Support Worker Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Support Worker to join our team in Townsville. This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

This role involves providing assistance to residents with daily living activities, ensuring they receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, and at least 12 months of experience in a care role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide safe and timely personal care services to residents.
  • To support residents' independence and dignity.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of work experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Seasonal Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
