We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As a skilled caregiving professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role:

  • Deliver personalized care to our residents, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and dignity.
  • Participate in resident care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to infection control practices and ensuring resident safety.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and respect.

Requirements:

  • Certification III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake these studies.
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or a related field, with a focus on delivering quality care.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
