We are seeking compassionate, driven, and skilled full-time and part-time nurses in the long-term care setting to provide direct patient care and management of their quality of life.
- Medication administration, treatments, and nursing care will be provided according to resident needs, with responsibility for managing their quality of care and life issues.
- The ideal candidate will assist with the completion of the Minimum Data Set process when needed, develop, change, and implement an acceptable plan of care within the scope of practice of a licensed practical nurse.
- Critical thinking skills must be possessed and utilized to perform duties competently within the scope of practice of your license.
This position requires at least 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care and a current LPN license or the ability to obtain one. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others are also essential.
