Caregiving Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in their daily lives.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, make decisions as needed, and maintain a high level of reliability and flexibility. A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher is highly regarded, and a valid police clearance is required.
Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals while adhering to strict food handling safety guidelines, ensuring the health and safety laws are followed at all times, and providing transportation assistance and help outside of the home.
Additional responsibilities include offering companionship and emotional support to clients, monitoring and reporting changes in the client's health or status, and assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and household maintenance.
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexible scheduling is required, including part-time and casual shifts.

Varies, with opportunities for on-call work.*
