- Caregiver Support Professional
The Caregiver Support Professional plays a vital part in delivering direct care services to residents of our care home. This involves working closely with healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring residents receive safe and dignified care.
This role requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative in daily tasks. Relevant qualifications, such as an AQF Certificate III, are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AQF Certificate III or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in providing direct care services, preferably in a health-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
