Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Land Access and Stakeholder Lead to join our team at UGL Pty Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements regarding owner notifications and facilitating communication with key stakeholders and landowners to obtain land access approvals ahead of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate land access and statutory approval communications
  • Conduct heritage, environmental, and cultural due diligence assessments
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on multiple infrastructure projects
  • Ensure accurate and timely tenure is attained in accordance with regulatory requirements for Telecommunications Projects within UGL

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management, Stakeholder Engagement, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the Telecommunications or Infrastructure industry
  • Demonstrated experience using Office 365 Suite of applications
  • Ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality, and organize/prioritize demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills
