We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our dynamic team.

Role Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education to children in a supportive and inclusive environment. They will be responsible for implementing play-based learning programs, supporting permanent staff with routines and transitions, and fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYLF.
  • Support permanent staff with routines and transitions.
  • Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying towards one).
  • At least 6 months of experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Current WA WWCC (Working with Children Card).
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Certificate.
  • Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa).
