Aussie Associate – Mortgage Sales (Entry level) at Aussie, a leading home loan brand with an integrated property hub. Aussie helps Australians achieve homeownership and offers an end-to-end property ecosystem including home finance, conveyancing, buyers' agents, and insurance.
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as the first point of contact for customers looking to buy, invest, or refinance. This role provides a clear pathway into mortgage broking or finance and growth opportunities within Aussie.
In This Role, You Will- Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
- Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
- Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Uncapped earning potential – Base salary + weekly performance bonuses. OTE averages $80K, with top performers earning $100K+.
