About This Role

This dynamic position will allow you to develop your skills across customer service, administrative, and operational functions.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist guests with queries, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth operations. Face-to-face interactions with customers and the general public are a key part of this role.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Answer, record, and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
  • Operate the switchboard, process wake-up calls, and direct calls to the appropriate extension.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
  • Log guest requests or issues into the computer and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide information on room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.
  • Process room service orders, answer questions, and record transactions in the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist guests with internet and guestroom entertainment.
