Customer Service Delivery Associate

We are seeking a professional to deliver paint and associated products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate dispatch, and maintaining a clean and roadworthy vehicle. In addition to delivering products, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with warehouse duties, customer service, and tinting as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver paint and associated products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring correct items and quantities are dispatched
- Maintain delivery vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition; conduct regular checks and report issues
- Assist with warehouse duties including unpacking stock, rotating inventory, and general housekeeping
- Occasionally assist in-store with customer service or tinting when required
- Current and valid driver's license (manual preferred)
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation tools
- Physically fit – able to lift paint cans (up to 15–20kg) and other materials
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Prior experience in a delivery or warehouse role is advantageous
- Basic understanding of paint products or willingness to learn
