Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing tailored and authentic experiences.

About the Role
In this role, you will actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget. You will also be responsible for letting our guests know about our loyalty programs and their benefits, as well as contributing positively to our culture of responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual who is great with people, detail, and communication. The ideal candidate will be motivated to make magic happen for our guests and teammates, have flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends, and hold a current RSA (and ideally an RSG certificate too).
