Alumni Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Alumni Relations and Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering a vibrant community of alumni, nurturing lifelong connections that benefit both individuals and the University.
In this position, you will design and deliver data-informed outreach strategies to build affinity for the University and support fundraising objectives. This includes targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events in Australia, abroad, and virtually. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the UOW alumni community.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage alumni and advance the University's mission.
- Design and deliver targeted communications, including email campaigns, social media posts, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute mentoring programs, events, and other engagement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to alumni, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with development staff to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities.
