We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team. The role plays a pivotal part in fostering a vibrant community of over 190,000 alumni.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for data-driven planning and delivery of various outreach and engagement strategies that build affinity and contribute to positioning and fundraising objectives.
This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters relating to the alumni community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven outreach and engagement strategies;
- Design and deliver targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings and events to enhance connections;
- Serve as the primary point of contact on alumni-related matters;
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for benefit;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
