About the Role

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia is a leading provider of OTR (Off the Road) Tyre solutions, renowned for its global reputation for quality products, continuous improvement, and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our People, Culture, and Governance (PC&G) Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning programs to support business operations nationally
  • Provide strategic advice on operational training and compliance management
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver solutions
  • Undertake training needs analysis to inform the creation of an enterprise-wide L&D strategy
  • Develop a range of enterprise-based learning solutions in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Design, develop, and deliver soft skills programs across the enterprise
  • Support the delivery of agreed programs, including program management and recording of completed training
  • Manage the development planning process and source external training opportunities as needed
About You
  • You will have a proven track record in learning project management and consulting, with experience working in a large operational organization
  • You will be a solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • You will have a strong understanding of RTOs and associated programs, qualifications, and governance requirements
  • You will be proficient in working with various learning management systems
