">The Role
">This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people. As a team member, you will be responsible for supporting their daily care, helping them achieve their goals, and fostering a safe and supportive environment.
">Daily Tasks
">- Providing hands-on support in teaching life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Developing support documentation, including Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Assessing and supporting developmental progress
- Liaising with stakeholders to share information and contribute to planning
- Creativity plans and facilitating community engagement

">Requirements
