Job Overview

Key responsibilities include being a supportive mentor, advocate and case manager, while collaborating with other services to support long-term outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, or equivalent qualification. You will also need a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and full Australian Driver's Licence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse young people. A genuine passion for mentoring and teaching life skills is essential.
