Lead Transformation Specialist

The Silverchain Group is embarking on an ambitious project to modernise its operational framework, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead this initiative.

About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance for an experienced Program Management Office Lead to make a meaningful impact by driving delivery momentum and ensuring the program stays on track, aligned with strategic goals.

You will be responsible for building and leading the Program Management Office, establishing robust governance structures, coordinating internal teams, and fostering collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Governance & Oversight: Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and stage gate processes to support executive and board-level reporting.
  • Integrated Delivery Management: Coordinate internal and vendor teams under a collaborative model, overseeing sprint planning, backlog management, and RAID logs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Assurance: Maintain dashboards and delivery metrics, ensuring independent assurance reviews and financial tracking.
  • Sustainability & Transition: Support operational readiness and handover, aligning delivery with change and capability uplift plans.
About You
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in program/project management across large-scale digital transformations.
  • Proven expertise in agile delivery frameworks and hybrid agile environments.
  • Strong vendor management and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
