The opportunity: Help lead an enterprise‑wide digital transformation in care

Silverchain is delivering a multi‑year Digital Program to modernise how we work and implement a national operational care platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The aim is consistent, digitally enabled care at scale across Australia, replacing fragmented legacy processes with a unified, future‑ready foundation.

For more than 130 years, Silverchain has been trusted to provide high‑quality health and aged care in the home. Today, 5,800+ people support around 140,000 clients nationwide - bringing together corporate specialists, nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, care experts and a dedicated research and innovation team to deliver Best Care where it matters most

As PMO Lead, you'll be at the heart of this transformation. You'll build and lead the Program Management Office, driving delivery momentum and ensuring the program stays on track, on budget, and aligned to its strategic goals. You'll bring structure to complexity - setting the rhythm for agile delivery, coordinating across internal teams and a Strategic Partner, and enabling a "One Team" model that fosters collaboration and accountability. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence the success of a program that's set to redefine care at scale.

Key responsibilities

As PMO Lead, you'll be accountable for:

  • Program Governance & Oversight: Establish robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and stage gate processes. Support executive and board-level reporting.
  • Integrated Delivery Management: Coordinate internal and vendor teams under a "One Team" model. Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and RAID logs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Assurance: Maintain dashboards and delivery metrics. Ensure independent assurance reviews and financial tracking.
  • Sustainability & Transition: Support operational readiness and BAU handover. Align delivery with change and capability uplift plans.

About you

  • 10+ years' experience in program/project management across large-scale digital transformations.
  • Proven expertise in agile delivery frameworks and hybrid agile environments.
  • Strong vendor management and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Join a highly collaborative team, backed by a leading NFP with a clear purpose and strong support to grow your career. You'll have flexibility and the tools to do your best work - while contributing to something meaningful at national scale. Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary + Super + the ability to salary package up to $18,550.
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing resources and support.
  • Exclusive fitness and health insurance discounts (Including subsidised gym membership with participating gym partners)
  • Option to purchase an extra 2 weeks leave per calendar year.
  • Paid parental leave of 12 weeks.
  • 17% Leave Loading.
