About the role

As a PMO Lead, you will manage a number of your own Projects, as well as Project Manage a team of Project Managers and Testers. We will count on you to ensure that all projects and engagements delivered by Insight Services in the Western Region are to a standard that meets or exceeds expectations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Set project management standards.
• Oversee practice utilisation and P&L.
• Financial Control for projects
• Promote PMO services, including presales and RFPs.
• Conduct project audits and reviews.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience leading a PMO within an IT professional services organisation (This is a PMO function for multiple projects across multiple clients)
• Experience managing P&L and utilisation for a Professional Services practice (deep dive analysis of projects utilisation and chargeability)
• Proven track record of project managing complex software development projects for enterprise clients
• Ability to effectively sell PMO services to clients
• Strong financial management skills
• Proficient in MS Project
• PMP certification or equivalent is required
