We are seeking a retail leader to oversee a portfolio of stores across Melbourne.

The Role
  • As a senior store manager, you will lead by example and drive performance in your team.
  • You will coach and develop senior store managers to build succession capability and manage key financial KPIs to deliver growth.
  • You will also partner with stakeholders across head office, distribution, merchandise & buying to achieve business objectives.
  • In addition, you will support stores hands-on to ensure operational and visual standards are consistently met.
About You
  • You will have 3–5+ years' experience in area management within a high-turnover retail environment.
  • You will have a strong background in fashion or department store retail, with a highly commercial mindset and excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
  • You will have a track record in driving and exceeding KPIs, especially conversion.
  • You will be comfortable working hands-on in-store to support and drive outcomes.
