The Role

This is a key leadership position where you'll oversee the performance of multiple retail sites within the Greater Melbourne region. You'll drive strategic and operational success, lead high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional store standards. Reporting to a very high performing Regional Director, this role requires a balance of hands-on operational leadership and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 retail sites across Melbourne and Western suburbs and surrounding areas
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve KPIs across sales, service, and compliance
• Implement and maintain high operational standards across all locations
• Analyse store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning within the region
• Manage budgets through rostering
• Act as a key liaison between head office and frontline teams to ensure strategic alignment
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Must have a Degree
• Proven experience in a management position in retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills including performance management.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Flexibility to travel regularly across the region
