We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to lead our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in speech pathology, strong clinical skills, and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality therapy to a diverse caseload of children and adults
  • To supervise and support junior team members in their professional development
  • To lead complex client planning and collaborate with the team to achieve best-practice care
  • To contribute to service design, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
  • To work across various settings, including schools, communities, clinics, and telehealth platforms
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in speech pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support junior team members
  • The possession of a Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Check, and Police Check
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage
