Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)

St Vincent's Virtual & Home programs are growing, providing more people with access to high-quality clinical care at home. About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Lead with broad healthcare experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the establishment and management of a centralized Hospital in the Home (HITH) program for St Vincent's private patients.
  • Providing effective leadership to virtual and home care teams, ensuring excellence in clinical practice, patient care, and experience.
  • Developing and overseeing processes for patient referrals into HITH and ongoing clinical care coordination.
  • Delivering high-quality nursing services within professional boundaries, including assessment, care planning, treatment, and review of patients.
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of virtual care solutions nationally, supporting emerging models and innovations.
  • Driving service improvement initiatives and program growth nationally.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including St Vincent's colleagues and external providers.
Your Contribution
  • Minimum 5 years of postgraduate experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in acute, emergency, or community settings.
  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable car.
