The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategy Lead, SME to join our Brisbane-based team. As a key member of our SME division, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering strategic growth opportunities across our commercial functions.

As a Strategy Lead, SME, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, establish governance structures, and ensure timely project completion. You'll lead strategic problem-solving using data modelling and qualitative analysis to provide critical insights and synthesise findings into clear and concise reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic problem-solving using data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish governance structures and ensure timely project completion
  • Use data modelling and qualitative analysis to provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Communicate complex ideas through clear and concise reports and presentations
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting or a similar commercial/analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data modelling
  • Strong results delivery focus with a self-starter attitude
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive business growth
