About the Position
As a key team member of our Learning and Development Team, you will oversee the delivery of learning programs. This role requires managing a group of specialists to support workforce capability. You will act as a strategic partner to consult with stakeholders to ensure learning programs are relevant and responsive to emerging needs.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver learning and development programs
• Design, source, enhance, and deliver a suite of learning offerings across the organization
• Manage a team of Learning and Development specialists
• Consult and engage with stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant and responsive to emerging needs
• Establish and manage relationships with external training providers
• Measure and report on the impact, engagement, and progress of staff development
• Essential Qualifications and Capabilities:
• A broad understanding of contemporary adult learning principles and solutions
• Strategic thinking to build capability across a diverse workforce
