Learning Program Manager

We're on the lookout for a fun, caring and creative individual to lead a full-time team at our childcare centre.
As a leader, you'll build meaningful relationships with children, families and your team. You'll turn everyday moments into learning adventures, celebrate each child's growth and achievements, and bring our learning programs to life.
Our ideal candidate has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and is available to work 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster. A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is also required.
A Child Protection Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and 2–3+ years of experience in early childhood education are ideal but not essential.
