About the Role:
This is a casual position within a leading ASX listed company, based at a depot in Queensland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, emphasizing safety and security, and maintaining site appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to company standards.
- Process transactions efficiently, handle cash, and authorize fuel pumps.
- Ensure accurate stock levels, perform stock rotation, and maintain a well-organized store.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning facilities and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
About You:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service and takes pride in their work. You should be able to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn company systems.
