About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our frontline Fuel team at our Roma store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A confident and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
