Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the sales performance of the store by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to Repco's safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexible availability to work across 7 days.
