The Role

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data and systems, providing data insights, and process support for fundraising programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to improve reporting and insights.
  • Import and maintain data within CRM systems.
  • Provide training, support, and best practice guidance to team members.
  • Ensure CRM operations comply with data privacy legislation and industry best practices.
  • Manage data documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Oversee the collection of data and requirements associated with bank reconciliation processes.
  • Design and implement business intelligence and data analysis systems to improve fundraising performance.
  • Identify donor trends, acquisition, attrition, retention, and ROI.
  • Lead data visualisation, dashboarding, and reporting efforts.
  • Use analytical skills to define fundraising needs and develop solutions.
  • Own segmentation modelling and leverage tools/vendors for additional support.
  • Support campaign and event setup, including tracking, website data capture, insights, and analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Understanding of fundraising CRMs and data management in multi-site environments.
  • Practical experience developing and delivering fundraising data management strategies.
  • Knowledge of individual/regular giving programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborative experience working across teams to motivate and leverage performance.
  • Minimum 5 years business experience with significant regional or national organisations.
  • Ability to multitask independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven skills collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Possion for making a difference to at-risk and disadvantaged youth.
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
Essential Skills
  • Knowledge and experience of fundraising marketing and campaign development.
  • For-purpose organisational experience.
  • Python (Pandas and Numpy) and SQL experience or desire to learn.
