We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to work across our private label Home Improvement products.
This role will be responsible for managing and developing a product portfolio, including selecting and sourcing home improvement private label ranges to maximise profits, with guidance from senior team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify trends through sales and performance data and identify costly impact of product issues. A thorough understanding of import supply chain processes is also essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Category team to understand e-commerce retailing, customer insights, and private label range opportunities. They will develop exclusive home improvement ranges with local and internationally based suppliers.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum 3 years' experience in direct home improvement, furniture or homewares sourcing, preferably for Australian retail.
