**Job Overview**

At a leading immigration and talent mobility firm, we're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Talent Mobility business. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of global workforce solutions, connecting Australian employers with world-class talent.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a 12-month business strategy, budget, and growth targets for Talent Mobility & On-Hire Sponsorship.
  • Bolster strategic international partnerships with governments and private sector entities to unlock new global talent pools.
  • Drive operational excellence through scalable SOPs, systems, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with the immigration team to design and deliver customized international workforce programs.
  • Expand On-Hire Sponsorship services by providing outsourced employment and visa sponsorship solutions for international employees.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums and client engagements, shaping the future of workforce mobility.

 

**Requirements:**

We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience in international recruitment, workforce mobility, or immigration, coupled with commercial acumen and the ability to scale operations while driving business development.
