Global Mobility Specialist

The Global Mobility Specialist plays a pivotal role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of international workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global mobility programs that meet the needs of clients.
  • Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, providing strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Provide expert guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Combination of strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
