Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Advocate to provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our product.
You will build strong relationships with key accounts, leveraging your strategic thinking and communication skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account strategies to optimize usage and engagement, providing personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations to new teams, creating customized content that addresses their unique requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, including in-person events and conferences, to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze key metrics, develop data-driven strategies, and ensure clients are on track for success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and present complex information effectively.
- Sales awareness, familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs), and the ability to focus on high-impact activities.
- Rapid learning and adaptation, with a keen understanding of our product features and capabilities.
