Job Summary
This role entails ensuring client satisfaction and growth through effective onboarding, regular performance reviews, actionable reporting, and proactive identification of growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the setup process, establish support channels, and communicate expectations.
- Client Check-ins: Conduct weekly check-ins during launch and fortnightly/monthly check-ins once stable.
- WhatsApp Support: Manage the WhatsApp support channel, acknowledging queries within 30 minutes and documenting requests/issues for internal team follow-up.
- Review Voice AI Clients: Review a sample set of calls weekly, flagging issues and providing recommendations while maintaining a minimum call quality threshold (70% rated).
