At the heart of any successful organization lies a strong compliance framework, and as Head of Compliance, your mission will be to develop and maintain this critical infrastructure.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our compliance objectives are aligned with our strategic business goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
  • A key aspect of this role will be the implementation of legislation, codes and standards across the company, requiring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks, you will establish and maintain an incident and breach reporting regime, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • An additional responsibility will be the design, implementation and maintenance of a group-wide compliance reporting regime, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • To monitor the effectiveness of our compliance program, you will leverage various systems and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
