Job Overview

This is an 18-month maternity leave cover role for a senior project professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to delivery, managing schedules, scopes, and risk.
  • Oversee design and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various industries.
  • Engage and coordinate consultants, contractors, builders, and service authorities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports covering financials and risk.
About You

You'll be an experienced senior project professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, property, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
