As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—scoping, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and closeout.
You'll lead capital upgrades, refurbishments, and infrastructure improvements across a broad client base in live and operational environments.
Projects typically range from $0.05 M - $10 M in value across sectors such as defence, commercial, infrastructure, and government.
Our hybrid model typically involves 3-4 days at our Adelaide office, onsite or at key client offices, with the rest of the week managed from your home office.
Core Experience Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and consultants across disciplines Drive project controls – scope, budget, schedule, safety, and reporting Maintain strong client communication and ensure stakeholder alignment Support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and governance standards Role Requirements Must have own vehicle and full driver's licence Willingness to travel across South Australia (metro & regional)Ability to work autonomously across multiple client environments Travel across metro and regional client sites as required What You'll Bring Proven experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects Excellent communication and contractor management skills Personal references from Clients and/or employer recommendations regarding client feedback desirable.
Strong commercial acumen and project reporting capabilities Experience in Defence Project Delivery Desirable For travel to regional client sites, overnight stays may be required.
In such cases, meals and accommodation are provided in line with ATO guidelines, and eligible expenses may be claimable.
Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Project Management, Construction, or related Construction White Card Strong MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency Cert IV in OHS or equivalent field experience Desirable: Trade or technical background (e.g.
HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fire, civil)Client-side or consultancy project experience, with min 2 years of experience.
Professional memberships (AIPM, Engineers Australia, AIQS)Current NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1) security clearance or previously held or ability to obtain.
Engineering qualifications are not mandatory—strong delivery and communication capability are highly regarded.
