We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to the development of essential urban infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership role, with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in urban civil construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other urban civil construction activities.
  • Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site.
